How?
We're fun loving animals, who love art + Iran + Iranians. We just love to wear something that is unique and reflects what a weirdly unique creature we are. We want to wear something that is comfortable, sexy, hip and not like everybody else's. We also like clothing that has a story behind it.
We started in Tehran, and have crawled through every corner of it, from the bustling bazaars to the funky parties. We have a certain irrational pride about this crazed city. Mind you, everything here usually roots from the underground, and so did we.

The superstar of our 2008 and 2009 season. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Mrs. Javaheri and having her work showcased.Now the owner and designer of DIBA apparel- her brainchild conceived after working with Tehran Republic- she has been successful with shows in Vancouver and Tehran.

Pooya Khalili
Pooya's ideas and creativity have been with Tehran Republic since 2008, and some of our branding as well as our lovely logo owe their hipness to him.Pooya's series with Tehran Republic will debut in the coming season. Mehdi Farshidfar
Tehran Republic featured Mehdi Farshidfar for the Spring and Fall 2008 season. An accomplished photographer, Mehdi was the amazing talent behind our 2008 catalog. Mehdi's powerful art directing, paired with his creative eye behind the lens, was the best thing we could ask for for our first season.Mehdi is now the owner of Narvan Studio in Tehran.

Vahid Madani
Vahid's skills and artistic vision gave life to Tehran Republic's 2009 photoshoot. Vahid Madani's work is featured in our 2009 Catalog, and it was an opportunity for us and Vahid, to have his work promoted globally through Tehran Republic.Also, one of Vahid's works, provided us with the material to create the HeartLock pattern, which we paired with Tehran Republic's own Lock and Key design, featured on the back of a number of our Tshirts.

Pantea's elaborate works in typography were featured in Tehran Republic's 2009 series. We loved the style and creativity of Pantea's work and we thought that her work really deserves a good dose of exposure.Pantea is currently studying Graphic Design.

Sina Salimi
Putting the funk back into Iranian objects. Sina's work hit home with Tehran Republic's style and his art was featured by Tehran Republic for the 2009 season. Sina has an amazing style and really fresh ideas for textile graphics. Have a look out for Sina's works as he plans to create his own line of t-shirts in Tehran. Visit his personal blog here.
